Shipping & Returns



We can ship to most locations in Canada. After your order is placed shipping and delivery times will be assessed based on the availability of your items and the shipping options for your address. Shipping dates may vary depending on the shipping provider. All orders requiring shipments to a PO Box will be sent via Expedited Parcel – Canada Post regardless of shipment method selected at checkout.  Customers are responsible for and will be billed accordingly for any costs associated with incorrect addresses or addresses changes, customer failure to claim shipments or undeliverable shipments.


Return Policy


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to return or exchange your product. Simply email and we will provide instructions for how to return your items.

We will need the Order Number related with the product being returned and you will be responsible for the costs associated in shipping the products back to us. You may return most unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in good condition with packaging intact. Any products with damaged or missing packaging or package contents may be subject to a restocking fee. Due to hygienic reasons, earphones are non-refundable. If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase you will not receive a refund or credit for the value of the discount. The refund or credit will be for only the actual amount paid at time of purchase.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of us receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used.
